At Photogra, your satisfaction is our number one concern. We guarantee the quality of our prints. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your prints, you may contact us within 30 days for one free set of reprints. If the problem is still not corrected, you may request a full refund, including the price for shipping and handling.

To get reprints, please contact us, referencing your order number and a description of the problem. We will reprint your photographs and mail them to you free of charge.

To get a refund, mail the prints you're unhappy with to:

Please note that this guarantee does not apply to greeting cards or merchandise if either of these conditions are true:

- Photogra is not responsible for any accuracy, spelling, or punctuation mistakes on the customer's part. Please be sure to preview the contents of your card(s) and correct any mistakes before concluding your order. Photogra does not and will not proofread for (or correct) any such mistakes.
- Photogra is also not responsible for poor quality resulting from the use of a low-resolution image for your cards or gift items. We do our best when ordering to prompt you, if an image is below our resolution standards.
